How many colors can I have in my design?
Designing your custom product can be a challenge especially since you can use unlimited colors and details for your printed product. Our various printers automatically prints the color that matches your image so you can use as many colors as you want or even more than 16,000,000 different colors. The sky is the limit and the number of colors you can use is virtually limitless.
Can you print anywhere?
We can print just about anywhere on a product. For clothing garments such as T-Shirts, Tank Tops, etc. the maximum image size is 12" x 16" so that's our only limit for your design.
Soon we will have the ability to allow you to design your custom T-Shirt online. But until then, you can use just about any software program on your personal computer and come up with a basic idea. For images and ideas, you can visit www.GreatDaneGraphics.com, www.ClipArt.com, www.JupiterImages.com, www.iStockPhoto.com, www.GettyImages.com, and www.ShutterStock.com where you can choose from millions of interesting photos and clip art to get you started. We have a subscription to these sites so just write down the item number(s) you want and we can download it for you.
To send us a graphic file, it is best to send it at 300 dpi resolution in a .bmp, .jpg, .cdr, .eps, .pdf or Photoshop file. We currently use CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop. If you need to export your file to a jpg, please convert the colors to RGB for best digital printing. If you are e-mailing your design, please make sure it is under 10MB to get through our e-mail servers. If you’re not sure about any of this then please send us an e-mail with your basic idea and we’ll do our very best to create the design that you have in mind. Once ready you can then have us modify the design until you like it…. within reason of course since there’s no charge for this service.
How should I care for digitally printed clothing garments?
You can wash your clothing garments any way you like. But some customers seem to think these easy practices might help:
· Wash your custom designed clothing garments inside out
· Wash with Cold Water
· Remove from the clothes Dryer immediately
· Iron inside out.
Once the “Eco Friendly” ink is absorbed in your clothing garment it will not come out. Your design will not fade, peel or crack like Iron-On Heat Transfers.
In most cases your personalized, custom designed garment will last longer than the clothing garment itself.
Depending on the particular style of clothing chosen there could be some shrinking. We only use the highest quality standard cotton clothing products that are pre-shrunk, however some of the styles such as sport shirts and tank tops tend to shrink vertically by about an inch.
How quickly can I get my order?
If you choose a product, style, color and size that we have in stock, you can usually have your personalized product the same day. If we need to special order your product, then it will be a minimum of 48 hours until your order is complete. However, if you are in a rush, then we can print personalized products sooner, but a modest rush fee will apply. The rush fee will be the shipping cost of getting your products to our shop from one of our vendors. Please contact us for more information.

Can I bring my own shirts to be printed?
The answer to that is absolutely with some minor exceptions. Every day we print on customer's clothing garments and more. Please keep in mind for clothing garments we can print on cotton and cotton blends (with a 50/50 mix being preferable). We can also print on nylon or 100% polyester items with specialized but environmentally safe inks. The general price for printing on your item is $12. If you have more than one item, you may be eligible for volume discounts.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards and of course cash. We do not accept personal checks. If you prefer to use PayPal for your transactions, we will be happy to send you a PayPal invoice.
How can I become an authorized resellers?
Start by contacting us with your information. Then fax or mail us a copy of your tax certificate and your W-9. Once we have received these items, we will forward you a copy of our reseller pricing.
